Soccer

Even though Rugby and American Football is more well known across Australia, as compared to Soccer, the multi-cultural heritage of Australia still keeps the game going.

Garbage

One thing that I hate about developed nations is the way they discard their "useless" stuff. Just put it on the pavement, and the garbage van shall take it. Why? B'coz getting some porfessional to take it will cost them money.
This is just in front of my apartment building (the one that you see on the left)
There is another pic here. You can see the number of TVs and other electrical appliances put on the pavement.

Caught with a smile :P

These two Russian girls were with me on the bus when in Canberra.
While I tried to take some 'street' shots, I realised I was being watched while I worked.
So, I thought, I'll shoot my viewer. But she caught me in the act!

Going once, twice, thrice! SOLD!!!

These kinds of 'For SALE' posts come up on every street in Sydney. The thing that I found amazing was the ease with which this helped the sale/renting of apartments/houses. I would definitely love to see a thing similar to this in India happening soon!

The Car spoilt it all

When I took this shot, I didn't notice the car.
Now, it makes a telling impact on the picture, I guess because of the sepial colour scheme.
