This is the statue of Queen Victoria, outside the Queen Victoria Building. The queen was decorated for some reason that I don't know. Looked nice :)

Another on the spot click. This was very close to the last picture I posted. This saleswoman(???) tried to sell the mag to a friend with me. And the way he turned and ran was amazing. :P

Hush!

Another on the spot click. These two little girls were discussing something just as the pedestrian light went green. And so the tug to come on. The bottom left is the shoulder of my friend, who almost came right in the middle of the frame to spoil the moment. Grrrr!!!!

Looking Ahead

This pair of mom-daughter were so intently busy watching, that their faces gave out loads of emotions for the performers. Here and here is a peep at what the little girl was clapping for.

Ok. This is well off the issue of musicians in Sydney City. This is from my trip to Melbourne that I took last weekend!

Another name I forget

This one is also near Circular Quay. Now I don't remember what this instrument is called, but remember seeing loads of Indian actors play this in the movies of the 80's. And to say the least, this person played amazing music. He was the only one who deserved my money, though I gave it to all the ones I shot!

The Violinst. She was unpacking when I first saw her. Took another pic, but it turned out to be a little hazy :(

Whereever you go, someone or the other does play the guitar. I find it as the un-avoidable instrument :)

When in Sydney City Centre, one thing that one cannot miss is the number of amateur musicians playing their instruments for alms. I decided to make a small series of the different instruments that I saw when in the city.

Update: Earlier, this picture was titled Stare, but after Timurilenk's comment, I found this name more interesting. What say?

Are we ready?

This couple was trying to cross a break in the rocks. There were two ways out: Take the plunge into the water, and then back on the rocks. Or Walk around the cut in the rocks. That would be about 50 meters, right of the picture. The couple did the brave thing, and walked right into the water :)

Saw this student, first staring and then studying at the edge of the cliffs. I'm sure of onething, I can't study at such a place. I'll be extremely distracted by the scenery!
