i didn't know of that point.. that photographers look up only! :)
but i think we can make it that this staircase is going 'up' coz of the the big flat one near the bottom. what say?
I dunno depends on the perspective I guess. (spoiler.. nerdy stuff ahead)
It depends on what direction you assign to gravity. If we visualize that bottom board is horizontal and gravity is normal to it, stairs go up. but just rotate gravity direction 90 degrees into the monitors, and walla!!.. stairs go down.
Aah... so glad i got that off my chest.
Up or down, this is one wonderful set of stairs! I love all the different mosaics and find myself straining to see the ones higher up (or lower down, if you want to look at it like that)!
