This is the statue of Queen Victoria, outside the Queen Victoria Building. The queen was decorated for some reason that I don't know. Looked nice :)

well neither was I amused :P just found the decoration different, and gave the queen color, and for that matter a little life :)
Rather humorous. Such a stately, distinguished, figure. I'm glad you were there to see this and photograph it!
i like it. there is something about it that looks spooky of seeing her facial expression, her whole figure dark and then these 3 bright balloons. great picture!!
