Lone Walker

With a view of the ocean for most of the 4 km walk, it is haven for morning/evening/daytime walking. Saw this woman trying real hard to complete the course. Here is another picture of hers'.
Update: Decided to change the name of the post after all the mails I got! :(

Wow, it's funny--that incredibly gorgeous view, and everyone seems to be solely focused on their feet!

@karthik: the people have loads of issues when u photograph them... its just that i am developing skills to go around it ;) like putting my camera next to me and taking snaps without holding in my hand and all :D

@eden: not so fat? u sure? :D

@>>MyDepiction<< : if u walk this way everyday, i guess u'd be more interested in urself than the scenery! though once in a while the scenerey would be fun!

Everything is beautiful - the beauty in the women is the fact that she's working so hard - trying to be healthy. You don't look so thin yourself! ;-D A lot of things happen to people that they may really not have that much control over?! Opportunity to physically enjoy the world is often missing like Karthik L G mentioned. There are people who obtain very little food through the day and genetically add "girth" anyway. We all need to get away from the "fat" opinions (i.e. - even expensive being fat?!?!?) Geez - just think how expensive it will be to house and keep people who stay alive so much longer if they're so lucky to be healthy from "fat" avoidance. Seems cheaper to keep a person alive to 70 due to chronic illness as oppposed to 105 in assisted living, old age health changes, and all that Social Security?!?! Ooops - get off the "soap box" - I just think it's really rude to make fun of people who are trying - you're too focused on the size of this woman and shouldn't be taking her picture in the first place!!!
